Reporting copyright infringement

Dear Pantser respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content hosted on or generated through our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request.

AI-generated images may unintentionally resemble existing works. We take all reports seriously and will act promptly upon receiving a valid notice.

How to submit a notice

Send an email to dmca@dearpantser.com with the following information:

1. Your name and contact information
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
3. The URL or description of the infringing content on Dear Pantser
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

What happens next

Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the reported content within a reasonable timeframe and notify the user who posted it. If applicable, repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@dearpantser.com explaining why the content does not infringe. We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
